If you arrive later than 10 PM, we will provide you with instructions for a quick and smooth check-in. We recommend notifying us either a few days in advance or on the same day.

Check-in time usually starts at 2 PM, but if the rooms are ready earlier, you’ll have the chance to settle in before that. In any case, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
Check-out time is until 11 AM.
Of course! You can leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out and retrieve it at your convenience.
Please note that the reception is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. When the reception is closed, the main entrance is also locked, so make sure to pick up your luggage within these hours.

Yes! We have a private parking lot that guests can use, and the cost is 16 euros per day. Additionally, parking on the streets in Salzburg is free on public holidays and weekends.
Your four-legged friends are very welcome! The daily fee is 10 euros. We kindly ask that you take care of the property, as any damage caused may be charged at check-out.
If you book a room directly with breakfast included, the cost of breakfast is 14 euros. You can also choose to add breakfast at check-in or on the same day, but in that case, the price will be 18 euros.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
The rooms do not have a mini-fridge, but if you need to store items in a fridge, we have a shared fridge at the reception that you can use freely.
